Terms of Service

By engaging Dragonlight International's services, you agree to the terms outlined in your engagement agreement. All consulting engagements are governed by individual service agreements executed prior to commencement of work. Dragonlight International reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement at its sole discretion.

Privacy Policy

Dragonlight International collects only information necessary to deliver consulting services — typically name, email, and engagement-specific context. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., subject to Stripe's privacy policy. Client session data, system configurations, and consulting deliverables remain confidential and are not shared without explicit written consent.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reservation deposits ($97) are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if no consulting work has commenced. For active engagements, cancellation terms are governed by the individual service agreement. The Founding Advisory engagement ($7,500/month) may be cancelled after the 3-month minimum commitment period with 30 days written notice. Unused portions of prepaid months are not refundable.
